What You’ll Need
½ Cup Organic Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Oats
⅓ Cup Organic Unsweetened Nut Milk Of Your Choice
¼ Cup Organic Coconut Yogurt Sub: Organic Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
1½ Tsp Organic Flax Or Chia Seeds
1 Scoop Organic Vegan Protein Powder Of Your Choice (Optional)
Sweetener Of Your Choice To Taste (I use Vanilla Cream Stevia Drops) Organic Raw Honey/Organic Maple Syrup etc.
1 Tbsp Coconut/Almond/Cashew/Peanut Butter
1 Cup Organic Berries of Your Choice (I use a mix of Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries)
Optional Toppings:
Omit Berries and replace with fresh or Dried Fruit Of Your Choice, Organic Nuts/Seeds of Your Choice
Making It Happen:
1. Mix uncooked oats, yogurt, and nut milk in mason jar, or other glass container.
2. Add flax/chia seeds, protein powder, stevia, and nut butter and mix together.
3. Seal jar and leave in fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with fresh berries, nuts, or other preference.
