Nourish your body & soul with this Arabian inspired smoothie. A gorgeous


1 Cup Homemade Nut Mylk of Your Choice, I use Pistachio Mylk (blend 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, 11/2 cups alkaline water, 3 medjool dates, 1/8 tsp vanilla, pinch Himalayan Crystal Salt strain in cheesecloth)

2 Tbsp Coconut Cream

3-4 Medjool Dates or Vanilla Stevia (for a Sugar-Free Option)

1/8 Tsp Natural Vanilla

2 Tbsp Rosewater

1/2 Organic Frozen Banana

3-5 Ice Cubes

Dust with Maca Powder & Cinnamon


1. Blend all ingredients in your blender OR Vitamix and serve immediately!
