Vegan Chocolate Mousse

What You’ll Need:

1 Cup Organic Coconut Yogurt OR Organic Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Organic Raw Cacao
2 Tbsp Organic Cacao Nibs
1/4 Vanilla Bean (Scraped) OR 1 Tsp Natural Vanilla
Sweetener of Your Choice To Taste (Raw Organic Honey, Organic Maple Syurp, Stevia, Organic Coconut Sugar)
1 Scoop Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder (optional, I use Sunwarrior)
1 Tbsp Nut Butter Of Your Choice (optional, I like Organic Hazelnut Butter)

Making It Happen:

1. Blend all ingredients (except nibs) together until mixed well. Refrigerate or Freeze for 15 minutes. Serve cold topped with extra cacao powder & nibs.
