Roasted Vanilla Matcha Nuts

1/8 Cup Pure Matcha Powder – I use DoMatcha
3 Cups Mixed Nuts (Almond, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Pecans, Pistachios OR any other nut/seed of your choice)
2 Tsp Natural Vanilla
1/8 Inch Vanilla Bean (scraped)
50-60 Drops Vanilla Creme Stevia
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/8 Tsp Pink Himalyan Crystal Salt
11/2 Tbsp Coconut Butter

Directions for Oven Method:

1. Preheat oven to 275F.
2. Lightly grease a 10×15 inch pan with coconut oil or coconut spray.
3. Melt coconut butter, matcha powder, vanilla stevia, vanilla, vanilla bean & salt
4. Add the nuts, and stir until well coated. Mix the with all remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Spread evenly on the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 25-30 mins in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally, until golden. Allow to cool, then store nuts in airtight containers.
