Raw (or Baked) Vegan Gingerbread Men

Have I got a recipe for you!

My delicious raw (or baked if you prefer), vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free gingerbread men will knock your socks or Christmas stockings off!

This healthy recipe is so easy to prepare and makes for the perfect gift if you are planning to make your own treats this Christmas and kids love them!

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Medjool Dates

1/4 Cup Coconut Flour

1/4 Cup Raw Almonds

1 Inch Fresh Ginger or 1/2 Tsp Powdered Ginger (I use fresh)

1 Tsp Molasses (this is not a RAW ingredient so if you would like 100% raw recipe, omit the molasses and sub for 1/8 tsp cloves)

1 Tsp Natural Vanilla

1/8 Vanilla Bean (scraped, optional)

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

1/4 Tsp Nutmeg

Pinch Himalayan Crystal Salt

If you wish to bake your Gingerbread Men, please add:

1/2 Tsp Gluten-Free Baking Powder

2 Tsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
