Vegan White Chocolate & Macadamia Flourless White Bean Blondies

This recipe has become my new favourite dessert and for good reason. I have never tried a moister, gooeyer, more satisfying blondie before I created this recipe. After many batches of Zain’s Black Bean Brownies, I decided to experiment by leaving out the cacao and subbing in a few extra ingredients et Voila! Blondies that redefine blondies.
Ingredients:
3 Cups White Cannelli Beans OR White Kidney Beans
3 Cups Medjool Dates (pitted)
111/2 Tbsp Natural Vanilla
1/4 Vanilla Bean (scraped, optional but so yummy)
4 Tbsp Crunchy Organic Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Himalayan Crystal Salt
5-10 Drops Vanilla Creme Stevia
